For this reason, all wheat, barley, rye and spelt products are constantly monitored upon delivery and throughout the entire production process. In addition, the quality of our products is regularly tested in our own laboratory and in external laboratories. Reliable quality management is an ongoing process that is a natural part of our daily work.
